I just upgraded my Portable App version of Firefox and found that it's incompatible with some plugins that I need for work. I'd like to just deprecate back to the version I was using before. Is there an archive of older Portable App versions of software so that people can deprecate if need be?

If you have a plugin that's only available as 32-bit and you're running Firefox Portable on a 64-bit system, that's the problem. Firefox Portable now automatically switches between 32-bit and 64-bit. To force 32-bit mode on a 64-bit system for compatibility with older plugins, head here: https://portableapps.com/support/firefox_portable#32and64
Note that Firefox is dropping support for all plugins sometime in 2016, so you should start considering migration paths in an appropriate timeframe.
