I am using keepass 2 which I copied into a portableapps-keepass1 installation (found that hint somewhere).
Now, when a new keepass1 version is coming out, I am always in danger of having my keepass2 overwritten.
--> Feature request: "Exclude from updates" or "Update manually only"

As long as it's not stored in a directory called KeePassPortable, it won't be touched. We'll be releasing KeePass 2 as a separate app when we support .NET apps as KeePassProPortable. If you're using the standard ZIP version from their site, just keep it in a directory called KeePass
