Hi,
Ive seen people posting there own customized themes here, but cant find any information on how to actually make one. Can anyone tell me how to make one and how to use it once ive done? Also, where are the files for the current themes stored in my flashdrive?

The Standard Themes are stored in the following Folder: PortableApps > PortableApps.com > App > Graphics > Themes
As you will see, they are straightforward Text Files, so you you should be able to copy one of those files and use that as a Template to design your own Theme.
