Opera portable +login and pasword

Hi Everybody,

First sorry for mistake because English is not my mother tongue.

I'm new using portableapps but I like the idea of having everything nomad beause Its so practical at our times:)
I'm using opera portable that I love stored on a patitionned hard drive (my main hard drive C: is for the system and D: is for portableapps)

So last week I decided to upgrade my windows 8.1 to windows 10 with a fresh install on my C:
Everything went fine but...I lost all the information about my web page login and password (facebook,dropbox,....)
So because I'm using a portableapps of opera I thought all the information was stored onto my D: in my portableapps opera program but it looks like it is stored elsewhere...
So my question is if I want to format again my C: how can I avoid to loose again all these precious information ? And where are these information stored ?

I tried to google my issue in both french and english but I couldn't find an answer.....

Issues, Must Sync to Opera

As Opera is based on Chrome, a bunch of things are locked to the current PC. As you install Opera Portable or upgrade from Opera Portable 12.x to a later version, the first line of the license agreement in the installer reads: "Please note that for full functionality, you must login and sync to Opera to ensure your passwords and other data remain intact as you move PCs."

If you sync your passwords to Opera, they will be restored on each machine.

As this wasn't fully detailed on the Opera Portable homepage, I've added it in:
https://portableapps.com/apps/internet/opera_portable#issues

Note that this is due to decisions by the Chrome team themselves and not something we can work around.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

Thanks a lot for the quick and clear answer. I tried to figure by myself looking through the web but couldn't find a clear and precise answer like yours:)
