All that is is a lightweight Linux distro configured to be bootable from USB. You can configure one yourself for free. It won't be Windows, though, so it won't work the same or be able to run most of your Windows apps (some if you install Wine). And it won't work on many PCs without reconfiguration as most PCs seem to be configured not to support booting from USB by default these days.

In that it costs $25 it definitely sounds like a SPAM posting.
But Linux is free so I don't understand the price.
And FWIW I boot Linux USB drives on new and old pcs, UEFI and BIOS machines, using a free Linux system known as Porteus.
