I recently blew my hard drive away while retaining all my data (thank you windows 10, this is a GREAT feature) however, my portable apps no longer starts when windows starts up - i have looked at the options and advanced settings and can't seem to find a way to repair this without adding to the actual startup folder - is that the only fix? or is there a way to "repair" this "install" on my local drive?
or will a simple "reinstall" of the suite fix this? I don't want to overwrite anything else.
perhaps this could be a feature that could be added in future builds?

Reinstall the platform over itself. It's the same thing that happens when there's an upgrade. No apps or settings are altered. The installer is what gives you the option to start with Windows. There is no such option within the platform itself yet.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
