Hi,
after the update to VeraCrypt Portable 1.21 the translations are missing. Only English is available under Settings => Languages ....
In the folder \PortableApps\VeraCryptPortable\App\VeraCrypt the old language files are stored (from 2016). Why are the new files not installed with the update like it does when I install the desktop version? And how can I fix this?

For some reason, the publisher distributes their 'portable' version with the languages in a ZIP file in the app directory but it appears that the app won't read from it. If you open up the VeraCryptPortable\App\VeraCrypt directory and open the Languages.zip file, you can drag the Languages folder in the zip to the VeraCryptPortable\App\VeraCrypt directory and it will show all the languages.
I've already built a revision that fixes this. It's mirroring to our download servers and will be released later today.
