Antivirus Scanner for Standalone Systems

I am trying to find an app that is portable. I have systems that will come back to our factory from the field. And I am trying to find a method and tool(s) to scan them for viruses. These are standalone systems which have not direct internet connection. I have both Windows and Linux systems. I need a way to scan as well as update virus definitions prior to scanning.

Does anyone have any thoughts?

Antivirus

There are 3 antivirus tools listed in our Security section: https://portableapps.com/apps/security

TDSSKiller and McAfee Stinger both have built-in definitions. ClamWin has a definitions updater. Update all three on a connected PC and then use them all to scan your disconnected PCs.

ClamWin

ClamWin sounds very interesting. However if I understand correctly it only works on Windows Systems. I still have my issue of needing to scan my Linux systems.

Windows apps

These are Windows apps. They will run on Linux using WINE but will not run independently.

Is there a portable app for scanning my Linux Systems

Since ClamWin will need WINE to run against a Linux system. Do you have a portable app to scan a Linux system?

No, Windows

Sorry, we don't. All apps here are Windows apps.

what linux?

what linux distro you have?
On many linux distros, clam-av is included anyway.
Otherwise use some of the bootable av utils which many av publishers offer.
