If I'm not mistaken, the older or previous versions of Opera (I don't remember which one, but it's quite old, maybe in 30 or 40 branch) did not seem to limit the cache. I remember my cache folder had over 500MB in size once. The problem is the new Opera seems to limit the cache size to around 250-260MB. I am accessing my online album for photography very often and I like to keep everything cached for faster and shorter loading/access time, especially when I travel and have to use slow connection at the place I visit. I also use HGST 7K1000 as my portable drive, meaning I don't have to worry about writing gigabytes of raw images from my camera to it, nevermind browser cache files. I really need the cache size to be bigger than 250MB. Is there a way I can set or even force Opera to increase the cache size?
Thank you very much for the assistance.
