Hello!
When it will be released to the Libreoffice 5.4.7 version?
Why can't offline download newer Java versions? Why have to installation download? If you used that wasn't necessary?
And when the Java 10 portable version?

I'm also worried about GPG, as it would be one of the last steps for EFAIL encryption failure. If you can, leave me some answers because I want to uninstall Thunderbird and GPG.
This is urging Windows 10 fully encrypted with VeraCrypt because of this.
What does GPG have to do with anything at all being discussed here?

The fact that it has not yet been updated
If it's not listed in the Outdated Apps thread, then we don't know about it. If we don't know about it, we can't update it. So why didn't you just comment there and get the ball rolling?

I thought it would not be necessary to create a topic to report this, as I found this issue more appropriate. I do not know for sure, but I have two weeks or more that I do not see the GPG status in my email.
As Thunderbird has been updated and solved the whole encryption issue of Enigmail I still can not feel safe in using an outdated GPG version.
For future reference, there is a thread called Outdated Official Portable Applications that is stickied in the General Forum. It's linked to from the Support and Development pages. And there's a banner that appears at the top of the page when you create a new forum topic that directs you there as well. You can see the current outdated apps and their progress as well as report any apps that are outdated that we don't yet know about.

LibreOffice 6.0.5 was completed two days ago and is awaiting publisher posting. 5.4.7 will be completed this week and submitted. I'm taking extra time with it since it will be the last version to support XP/Vista and I don't want to have to make a revision.
Java has to be online as it is not permitted to remove the files and place them in another installer by Java's license. If you see anyone doing that, they're doing it illegally.
Java 10 is not the current recommended version of Java. Java.com is distributing Java 8. If/when it switches, we switch. As an aside, I'm unsure if LibreOffice 5.4.7 will support Java 10 or not.

I understand.
Thank you that you have answered.
It's look like LO portable versions are managed thru the Document Foundation. If they do not act, there will be no 5.4.7 portable. I am awaiting it since it appeared, and even more eagerly since it is "the stable" version.
Be patient, dear Elek.
5.4.7 was submitted to The Document Foundation on Thursday June 26th. You will have to wait for them to publish it. It can take them up to 2 weeks. Continuing to post here has no effect. For future reference, please follow the Outdated Apps Thread linked above to for status of outdated apps. There is no need to create additional posts or comments.
