Could you please add a separate icon for Incognito mode of Chrome or add an option (right-click) to directly start Chrome in Incognito mode instead of having to run Chrome and then open an Incognito tab?

I just downloaded googlechromeigcognito .paf
It looks just like an ordinary portable app. My question is whether I need to have Google chrome portable freeware already installed in order to use chrome incognito mode?

It's just an addon to easily launch Google Chrome Portable with the correct argument. You need Google Chrome Portable installed alongside as stated in the instructions in the above link.
