I have enjoyed Ditto Clipboard for years, It's in all my desktops and my portableApps collection. But recently I really needed to move to Linux, in one of my computers. And couldn't find a Linux version of much needed Ditto.
While searching for a replacement, I came accross free and opensourced CopyQ.
It admits of installations in all three main platforms, and all of them are synced through a cloud folder of your choice.
It has many other features than I am not copying here, but have granted it 157 likes in the site Alternativeto.net, while the similar apps gent no more than 24.

Just in case you think you need it in Portable Apps.
