How do I make the templates and localization to work?

How do I make the templates and localization to work?

I downloaded PortableApps last week and since then I love it, now I read on the forums that there are templates and localization files, but the portableappmenu.exe program does not seems to read the files at all

So what Im missing??

You need

the latest beta of the menu to use themes and language support.
