While the license is good, there are other things stopping us
Unfortunately Sandboxie uses drivers and services which we are not able to make portable.

I just made one
Based on the last official version, see here: https://portableapps.com/node/62326
However, I currently have no intention of updating it on the future (maybe only for portability issue).
