I was going to suggest the same thing, except that I already checked there myself and the PDF-XChange Editor Portable folder could not be found. Sadly, not ALL the apps from PortableApps.com are stored there.
So unless John and the others provide with the answer RafaeldeGomes seeks... whether if it's possible or not, I'm afraid that nothing can be done.

Damn, I had the V7 portable on my flash drive but since it died there's not much I can do on my end..
