using a localized version of openoffice as a portable version

hello,
i am new to this portable business and was wondering if there is an option to use a localized version of the Openoffice suite as a portable version.

i am taking about the Hebrew version (with or without a hebrew interface). they now have it in 2.04 (comparable to the original 2.04 of Openoffice).

UPDATE:
so i found this guide for how to install the local version.
https://portableapps.com/node/1487

3 question about it:
1. it says to "first download your file in en-us version. extract all files and directory like you asking to do for the install process".
this refers to the portable version of OO in english, right?

2. both the hebrew and portable are OO 2.04, but in the future, if the portable version is more advanced, would it affect this process?

3. the hebrew version has a hebrew interface, but also have language pack to change the interface to english. can i apply this package and still do this whole process?

i am still downloading it all, so i will keep this post up to date.
thanks
Doron.
