7-zip version 19.0 rev 3 archiver on portableapps.com

You have a 7-zip version 19.0 rev 3 archiver on portableapps.com. This means that there used to be 7-zip version 19.0 rev 2 and 7-zip version 19.0 rev 1.
How does 7-zip version 19.0 rev 3 differ from them? The page https://portableapps.com/de/apps/utilities/7-zip_portable says nothing about this.
I downloaded this 7-ZipPortable_19.00.paf.exe archiver from your site in June 2020, and now I don’t know if the version I have is different from the 7-zip version 19.0 rev 3 you have on your site now.

Not sure

I’m not sure but sometimes a minor version change like that can possibly be a bug fix.

Revisions

Anytime an app has a revision, it's an indication that something was changed in the portable package. Sometimes it's a packaging error. Sometimes it's a fix to the default settings. Sometimes it's a bug fix in the launcher. Sometimes we add a feature that improves user experience. In this particular case, it's listed here: https://portableapps.com/comment/245202#comment-245202

As an end user, you don't need to worry about it. If you use the platform like the majority of users, you'll be automatically updated with all your settings unaffected as always. If you're not using the platform, you should upgrade regularly using the manual process outlined here: https://portableapps.com/support/portable_app#upgrading

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

Thanks. And there really is a description. And how did I not notice it before?
And I also have one question - this is on a different topic. There, on the left of the page, select "Translate Page", then Russian, then translate.google.com From -> To appears, but the page is not translated, but remains in English.
