That's because a new version was released. So the online installer built with the old zip file won't recognize the hash of the new zip file. You'll see this happen for apps that don't have version information in their app downloads (just autoruns.zip, etc) and don't permit hosting elsewhere like these sysinternals apps. https://portableapps.com/development/outdated
