error when bootmarking website

error when bootmarking website

i have been having some probs with both my portable ver. and my full ver. of Firefox when i try and book mark a page. when i try to add it to a bookmark it will save the bookmark but will not save the name of it, also it will not save it in any folder i want only 2 main folder and then i have to move it to the folder i want. any idea?
