This release incorporates work from both eagle00789 and Peppernrino. Neither were fully portable but this one should be. This also adds cues to the platform for .NET checking. As Peppernrino is still active in the forums, they can maintain if they wish.

awesome to see this added to the list of official apps, and yes, i would love to be a maintainer for the package. thank you.
are you willing to share what i had done wrong? i want to make sure i'm doing these things properly. i've done a few other very cool apps, and would like to do whatever i can to help get them added, and also wish to sharpen my portablizing skills.
The app config files aren't in the repo yet, but if you take a look at the appinfo.ini and the launcher's ini in the released app, those should show you what was changed or corrected.
