Process Monitor 3.92 install issue

Install fails with following Error message:-
"Installer was unable to download Process Monitor Legacy"

DELL Latitude D630. Win 7 Pro 64-bit
Service Pack 1 Build 7601
Only 15 Win Updates installed incl Internet Explorer 11.

More Details

It works fine here. Please include more details like "system details (OS version, 32 vs 64-bit), install path, new vs upgrade, etc." Also ensure that you can download this file in Internet Explorer on your system. Note that ONLY Internet Explorer matters as it uses the Windows internet components used by the app store, updater and PA.c Installer.

I can't download that file in Internet Explorer.

I get "This page can’t be displayed" error

Windows Updates

Are there other Windows updates that haven't been installed? Particularly any IE updates and any networking updates.

I have the same problem

I have the same problem. I checked that Internet Explorer was unable to download this file. However, I had no such problem with the previous version. What can I do?

No Changes on Our End

The current release downloads the same file from the same server for legacy users as the previous release. The download component used in the installer itself is even the same.

I don't know what the problem is

I don't know what the problem is. I have a previous version so I had to download it somehow. In a few days I will try to download the current version on another computer.

I checked version 3.92

I checked version 3.92 on another computer with the same system (Win 7 32-bit SP1 and several Win Updates including Internet Explorer 11). Everything was fine. It's possible that something is missing from my system, but I have no idea what.

Reinstall

I'd recommend reinstalling IE 11 for either Win 7 32-bit or Win 7 64-bit, rebooting, and then running Windows Update and installing every critical/recommended update as a first step.
