Generally, the best way to do it is via the PortableApps.com Platform which will let you know when the new version of your apps is out and let you automatically update them all.
You can also monitor our RSS feed.
The base app was just released yesterday so the update will be out soon. There's just a bit of backlog at the moment.

Apps are taking longer than usual to update at present. I'm the only one that maintains most apps and I'm currently in another state caring for my terminally ill father. I'm updating the internet connected apps with security fixes first so qBittorrent should be updated soon.
