It would be really useful to have uGet Integrator on PortableApps platform which would work with uGet Portable and Google Chrome Portable. Is it doable?

It is not an extension, it is a standalone separate app. It is the middle-man between uGet and uGet browser extension (there are separate uGet extensions for separate browsers).
