Opening new Window

I'm not sure if you can help with this, but every so often a site will open a new Window in Firefox. The new Window is a basic window with extensions and bookmarks disabled.

As a couple of extensions I use are Ublock and Noscript, I would rather a full Window opens with everything enabled.

Is there a way round this please?
