New Platform Strings In 27.0 Beta 1 (and Stable this week)

There are some new strings in the 27.0 Beta 1 release that you can now test and then submit. They're detailed in the PortableApps.com Platform 27.0 Beta 1 Translations forum thread. We're also introducing the ability to show users a localized introduction / source offer / license agreement when running the platform installer directly as they would on a first install.
