Updated Platform String In 28.0 Beta 1 (Stable coming Thursday)

Greetings,

One string has been slightly updated for the upcoming 28.0 release coming this Thursday. It's detailed in the PortableApps.com Platform Translations forum thread. If not already updated, we introduced the ability to show users a localized introduction / source offer / license agreement when running the platform installer directly as they would on a first install in the previous 27.0 release.
