This is is my first post here. I'm having trouble connecting to PortableApps.com to retrieve updates for my portable apps. This issue started after a recent Windows 11 Enterprise update. I'm behind a corporate firewall.
When I try to check for updates, I get the error message: "Unable to connect to PortableApps.com to retrieve portable apps. Please try again later. [ ÌnvalidZipFilePossibleNoConnectionOrFirewall ]"
Also, although the platform starts, most apps won't run, some show a splash screen but don't start. The only app that still works is PDF X-Change Viewer.
I've tried to take the following troubleshooting steps, but couldn't because they require administrator access:
Couldn't check whether PortableApps.com is whitelisted in my firewall.
Couldn't check Internet Explorer as it's no longer available.
Updated PortableApps platform: I'm using the latest version, I checked on a different PC.
The issue persists. Does anyone else have similar experiences or suggestions for resolving this problem?
