Portable Startup Utility Beta

AppLauncher is now Portable Startup Utility.
I re-arranged a few things and added a additional functions.

Setup:
Download PSU to your portable drive.
Modify your autorun.inf to run psu.exe -all

Usage:
psu.exe will open the settings window
psu.exe -all will apply all saved settings
psu.exe -clean will cleanup portable settings applied to host PC
(environment variable & drive substitution)

PSU 1.1 SRC
This update adds multiple launch capability, no longer limited to only 3 apps.
1.0.0.7 is still available above as this is a major code change.

NOTE: No further development is being done on the utility. Most of the functionality can be found in the menu I've been working on.

Hey, I like it. Where's the code? What language did you use? Also, when I substitute a drive, a cmd window "blinks", is there a way to remove that? I know in my Substitute Drives, written in AutoIt, there's the @SW_HIDE option, which hides the cmd window. But other than that, great app.

Another question, where does it save it's settings?

90% of the code is from the

90% of the code is from the original App Launcher, it is written in VB.
I will put the code up tonight when I create a new page for the app on my site.
The settings are stored in applauncher.ini on the root of the usb drive.

429 error

i'm using 1.0.0.3 and it still shows the 429 error. BTW, i'm running it off a cmd window (but that's a different story... everyday after a few hours my computer stops recognizing any and all extensions and I have to run everything from the cmd window).

I get the same error from your applauncher. Let me also say that the error also states that the "ActiveX component can't create objetct"

what about the icon tray

I don't use the utility, but if you opened PAM via another program, the little icon doesn't show up in the tray?

I'm not sure I understand what you mean. You can launch PAM with the utility, it has a specific option enabled by default to launch PAM if it is in the usual directory structure. It also has the option to wait for PAM to close (if it launches PAM) and then automatically cleanup the drive substitution and environment variable if they are enabled.

Well, I already had PAM running, then I wanted to test the substitution, environment and launching of the other programs that I specified. So, when I double-clicked on PSU, it launched another instance of PAM. That's why I'm asking if there's a way to check if PAM is already running. If it is, then it will not launch another instance.
