Creating A Portable App Help

I've Tried JauntePE And It Makes An App Portable Ok But Is There Any Other Application That Will Make An App Portable And Will Open The Application Quick

(Cause i Have To Wait Like 5 Minutes For Firefox To Open With JauntePE Support) Sad
I Use PortableApps.com's Firefox And I Made The original Firefox Portable Wih JauntePE

So Can Anyone Find An App That Will Open An App Quick And Will Make A Non-Portable App Portable?

move the app to ram and execute it from there. Improving Firefox Portable's Performance
