Looks like a new Teamviewer commercial policy!
Should be the same with the non-portable version, knowing that both versions are packaged by the same publisher!
Try asking friends for tests → different accounts/computers, etc. Maybe it only happens for some active accounts, certain locations, etc.

i think they cant really serve a full freeware. dont want get deep on that.
it will sure be a trial or very restrickted.
wide spreaded and checked opensource would better to use.
