We need a portable alarm clock for Win 11.
As of the latest build of Win 11, users can not really create scheduled tasks ("basic" tasks are "deprecated" and fail to create, and regular "tasks" - with their 15 setup screens wont allow visual notifications - deprecated- or audible notifications -again deprecated-). So M$ has officially broken alarm clock via their own secondary mechanisms. As far as the primary mechanism, well if you debloat windows 11 and remove the "app" Store (the M$ "App Store" thing that is sometimes called UWP - not full fledged programs, but these applet kind of things) then you also rip out the new latest build interface for the clock (which is a M$ "app"). The clock still works (it's part of shell experience), but you have absolutely no way to set an alarm in latest build Win 11 debloated. So the need for a portable alarm clock for Win 11+ is now front and center.
Sorry for the other post in General, but I read every post that came up in search terms "alarm" and "clock" first, posted the reply/addition there, and then found this request... so here, "Request" is probably the more appropriate place.
I am currently running ElevenClock only for the better interface but it does not have alarms, and is not packaged in the portableapps .com packager - Thankfully it is at least portable though.
