Hello Team,
This is regarding an installation error I encountered with Process Explorer Portable v17.08:

When running the installer, I get the following pop-up error message:
The downloaded copy of Process Explorer is not valid and cannot be installed. Please try installing again.

While the current portable version is 17.08, it seems the publisher just released a new version v17.09 today. Perhaps this is the cause.

Can you let me know how I can resolve this installation error?

That's because the answer is still the same. The online installer only works for a single version release. You'll be able to install once a new version is released. It should be reported in and can be followed in the Outdated Apps thread.

Ahh, ok I see what you mean. I checked the Outdated Apps thread and saw the request in there. Is there any ETA on when we can expect a new release?
