it is, but i wonna be nice if it is integrated in portableapps.
You just have to play with the settings to make sure it saves settings to a file, and it doesn't have an install.
If it was GPL'd, it would be prudent to make a proper pam package. But as far as I know, PSPad is closed source freeware. Maybe someone is willing to make a quick pam launcher that will work with it? I don't really see a need though.

Unzip it and put it in your PortableApps directory after that add the guts of PSPad to the App directory.

EDIT: although, I don't have the time/ability to test out FTP support when loaded with ST's launcher, though I can't imagine it would be a problem.

it is closed source freeware. smithTech's launcher for it works great [linked above]. no point in quarreling over a finished topic anyway, right?
