Change Wallpaper/Theme upon insert of flash drive

I hope this is in the right spot to post this, if not feel free to move it. Does anyone know of an application that will change the wallpaper when I put my flash drive in the computer. Even better would be if it changed the whole theme. Anybody know of an app that would do this?

TIA,
Brennan

Grab the Beta

Grab the PortableApps.com Platform 1.1 Beta 4 release. It has a built-in wallpaper switcher.

The theme is gonna be a no. In order to use anything but the built-in Windows themes, you need admin rights to install the uxtheme hack or StyleXP or something similar, which means it's not portable (since you won't have admin rights on most PCs you come across).

Actually if the theme file was Digitally signed my Microsoft

then there would no need to use a hacked uxtheme.dll But I have no idea how to digitally sign a 3rd party theme

You can't

You can't. And it would be illegal anyway. You need the digital key that MS uses to sign em. And I can guarantee they're not gonna give it to you Blum

Darn Micro$oft and their monopolizing ways

This is just like KPP cept of prevention of use of 3rd party themes you can't use 3rd party AV apps. KPP should be renamed to M$AVMM (Micro$oft Antivirus Market Monopolizer). the original uxtheme.dll should be called M$TPTP (Micro$oft Third Party Theme Preventer). These tactics should be illegal.

What might be a good idea is

What might be a good idea is if the pc is running XP with the 2K,9x theme to enable the XP theme temporarily.
