Is there a portable Winamp out there? Or something else that can play Shoutcast? If not, how would I go about making one?

The "Lite" version of Winamp is portable.

Winamp lets you browse Shoutcast from within the Media Library - which is a plugin not included with Winamp Lite. The link above points to a version with Media Library and iPod support.
I added gen_ml.dll (Media Library) and gen_hotkeys.dll (Global hot keys) to my winamp lite installation - as I use both plugins frequently.
Is it just me or does the media library not load when put into the Lite version? I tried running it and gave up waiting after about two minutes.

It works for me, although I can't remember if I replaced the Lite EXE with the Standard EXE or whether or not that makes a difference.
Even after getting that working, it took me a while to get the shoutcast part working too. For some reason it wasn't showing up. I think what I finally did was start with the Standard WinAmp and then strip it down until it worked just as I wanted it.
