Its sooo annoying, every Mon, Tues and Thurs days I suffer from gym (since they make us play in the soccer field, which has little - no shade), the hot, burning sun just makes me wanna puke. Plus the sweat from my body persists 4 20 mins - 1 hour!
Any tips to cool off quickly? BTW when does Indian summer end?
when you get a chance after playing, run cool (not cold, just cool) water on your wrists, also make a paper towel wet with cool water, fold it up so it's approximately the same height as your neck, then loosely wrap the paper towel around your neck.
