I know there are modified versions of the PortableApps Menu but some of them are unstable and do not work as well as the original so I cam providing a few suggestions for the next version of the Menu.
- Allow the addition of folders within the menu so that Programs on the portable device can be categorized.
- Allow renaming of programs that are placed in the Portable Apps Menu.
- Allow resizing of the Menu and also allow the menu to dragged around on the screen.

The first two are coming in a later release. Resizing will be supported via theming. Dragging is in the current beta:

There are 3 unofficial forks in various states of development and alpha/beta features floating around that do support these now. But they're unsupported and you won't be able to upgrade to the next official release of PAM from them.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
You said you will change a few things (png, zip-format, folder-structure) to the next version. Are the current version or the current beta upgrade-able in this sense? Maybe, if you havn't any customization yet.
