Balabolka Portable 2.11.0.638 has been released. Balabolka is a Text-To-Speech (TTS) program that uses the Microsoft Speech API (SAPI) voices installed on the system to read text aloud or save it to an audio file. It's packaged in PortableApps.com Format so it can easily integrate with the PortableApps.com Platform. Balabolka Portable is freeware for business and personal use.

This release updates to the latest version and fixes an issue preventing manual language selection.
