1 along with the Documents, music, and photos folders could a folder for Portableapps be added? maybe make it optional.

Also would there be a way to set a Personal folder right under the rest of the folders, that the user could set the path to, and set their own personal icon for it.

so that If I want to set a personal folder documents\homework\intro to programming

PortableApps RSS not updating in FF3

Submitted by Tweedboy6L6 on July 3, 2008 - 10:42am

Has anyone else had problems with the PortableApps RSS feed not updating in Firefox 3? I have seen this on my work computer and home computer. I have to right click and "Reload Live Bookmark" in order to get the latest.

Never had this problem before with FF 2.0.0.14. If anyone knows a solution, please post.

Thanks.

Looking for an Address Book plugin or extension.

Does anyone out there know of an extension or plug-in that would add the functionality of viewing and editing an address book file in Firefox portable or Sunbird portable? I think the Thunderbird address book is a .mab file.

I use Thunderbird for my e-mail client at home but using Thunderbird portable isn't really practical for me. I really didn't want to load Thunderbird portable just for the access to my address book.

Would anyone like EyeOS portable? It's an open-source, web based operating system. I've been working on a portable version for a couple days, so if anyone else besides me would like it, please post here. Yes, you can get a free eyeos account at eyeos.info, but there server's sometimes slow, and, just for privacy's sake.

Edit: I have the installer posted in the beta testing forum. Get it here:
