I installed chrome portable version on my UBS drive.
But after un plug and try to use in another device I loss my data on it.
What is the best solution for it?

I recently tried to back up my FF portable profile and found it located on the C:/ ... apps/data/roaming... folder on the last machine that I used. This was found using the about:profiles function.

Is Firefox now designed like Chrome where you can't back up a full profile without it creating a fresh blank profile?

Hey all, been using PasswordSafe portable for a long time. I have experienced an issue with the last two versions. If I try to open a safe dB file by double clicking on it, it gives an error. The previous version would then delete all files in the safes folder after you acknowledge the error. I updated to the most current version on portableapps.com. it still causes the error but didn't delete the file. Got the same error if you try right click 》 open with. The only way to open was start the app first and then open it from inside the app.

I installed the 'PDF-XChange Editor Portable (Freeware) - PDF editor and viewer' program. I was able to edit several PDFs. However, after the 5th or 6th document, the saved document had the logo on each page, saying I needed to purchase the program, $56.
Is this freeware or not???

When I eject my portableapps usb drive, if I have Firefox browser open(not running from portableapps), my bookmarks tab also closes.
I have to use ctrl+b to re-enable it.

I am using Firefox 110.0 (64-bit)
on a laptop running Windows 10 64bit.

Are any folks out there using LibreOffice 7.5.0 on Windows 7, 8.0, or 8.1 successfully? It crashes with an error in kernelbase.dll while starting up on both our 32-bit and 64-bit Win 7, 8, and 8.1 test virtual machines. This is what's preventing our 7.5.0 release.

Hello recently something similar to this happened to me, I was installing google chrome and then I had to pull the usb flash drive out instantly, the program wasn’t done installing, It showed up error messages so I just deleted the chrome file folde and problem solved.
