I was wondering if it was possible to make am applicaiton that would be able to run portablely like all the other apps from the suite (duh...this is portableapps.com, right?) and let us browse through all the alpha, beta, dev test, pre release canidates and also all of the released apps. Each different section is seperated into different sections like games, internet, utilities and such. Each app also having a discription so the user knows the functions of the apps he is looking it.
SourceForge.net, the site where we host our file downloads, has been having file hosting stability and download mirror issues since June 30, 2009. This is due to the recent SourceForge.net site upgrades and is affecting all 230,000 projects that SourceForge.net hosts.
They have some details of the ongoing issues here:

We will be updating this topic with more information as it becomes available. We apologize for any inconvenience.

UPDATE (2009-07-02 @ 5pm): It looks like it came back up. Downloads are working again.
When I click the download link for Command Prompt 2.1, I'm sent to a generic download list, and the Command Prompt version available is 2.0, rather than 2.1

Wouldn't it seem logical to make just one installer per PortableApp and then have that installer download the setup file and extract it to the directory. Would eliminate the need to re-compile PortableApps when the base app is updated.
I have a .exe app that I want to add to the PortableApps menu. The .exe file, though, is in a sub-directory of the program's folder in the PortableApps folder, i.e.
F:\PortableApps\ProgramNamePortable\bin\
The .exe absolutely must be located in the bin directory. I have tried adding a shortcut like this:
F:\PortableApps\ProgramNamePortable\ProgramsShortcut.lnk
but the PortableApps menu won't add the shortcut.
I was looking at the test release list and saw that it has grown to a size beyond what I think it was expected to. This isn't necessarily a negative however it is the amount of unrequired entries in the list that I found frustrating. It appears there are a number of items that are outdated but are still in the current test release list. I understand many simply need to be moved to the outdated list but there are a number of others which really should be removed outright. An example is SWORD Project which has been superseded by BPBible.
