Beta Testing

Something's gone screwy with the Updater since upgrading to the beta. After running Updater I see the normal window with a list of updatable apps. When I instruct it to go ahead and update them, I instantly get the message/window "Your portable apps have been updated ... Menu." I haven't had a problem installing through: Apps / Install a New App.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
