Hey all. Nice site you have going here.

I kind of wanted to add my "voice" to the effort, so I wrote a win32 C/C++ version of the PortableApps Menu. It has a lot of the requested features, plus some of my own wants and ideas.

I'd like to make it available to others here but I don't have a place to park it except at SourceForge, which I don't want to do since that would really make it public and I'm the only one who's tested it so far and I also don't want this to be seen as a fork of PAM.

and if you like it you can download it Temporarily unavailable until the icons are replaced with something else

Any comments or something I could do to improve this theme please feel free to post.

(ohh I almost forgot Execute the exe file at this level PortableApps\PortableAppsMenu\App.)
ohh and make a backup of your current theme too in case you want to switch to your old theme

i found portableapps.com on 22.03.2007. before that i used ceedo.
then i searched for skype - but dont found a nice solution so i
programmed my own

Ok Guys this is my next release of SumatraPDF Portable since my first 2 releases I recieved pretty interesting critism from portableapps.com and my site. from those I've created a launcher that will override the apps prefs with some preset prefs (Idea taken from John's Release) and after launching is done the launcher takes those settings and moves them to the Data\Settings folder and also creates a backup of that settings.

To get the theme:

1. Right click on the picture.
2. Select copy.
3. Open your portable apps folder.
4. Open 'App' folder.
5. Open 'DefaultData' folder.

OK for those guys that were looking for any news for SWORDPortable (my original release)I fixed things like settings. The Settings are now fixed and will remember what verse you are on. Uhmm I'll post the link soon as I just encountered the sourceforge error as I was looking for the url to where my app was located

ok Guys this is my test release of AqualungPortable
when exiting the app you'll find that the music still plays. it is because there is an empty space in the tray menu where an icon should be but isn't there so just right click the empty spot. if you get it right you can open a menu where you select quit

Wikidpad is Wiki-like note-taking software, eventhough it is very portable to start out I made it more portable. Wikidpad is opensource software, so enjoy!

By the way , Wikidpad Portable currently for some reason is incompatible with the PortableApps Menu, but can be used by double-clicking on the Wikidpad Portable icon.

This application technaclly is portable. It, however, was not intended for portable use. It was made for downloading programs and installing them automatically. It currently has a number of programs from portableapps.com and a few other apps.

Features:

Auto-Update: I can update the application list on my site and it will get the new apps. This can be disabled by deleting the updateiniurl key (or by setting it to an empty string).
Direct Copy: Dont't extract, copy.
