I'd downloaded a lot of apps throughout the years. Lately, I'd downloaded the latest version of the following apps but after downloading the installer does not run (even trying as Run As Administrator):
1. WiseDataRecovery
2. WiseDiskCleaner
3. WiseRegistryCleaner
4. SUMoPortable (today's version)

I'm on Windows 10 Pro 17.09

As most platform users have seen, SourceForge has been having ongoing issues for the last 2 days. I've set platform downloads of open source apps to download from our servers as of now. It'll cost money for bandwidth, but it should alleviate the issues for now.

I'm searching for an effective and complete video downloader, able to grab from YouTube, Vimeo, Dilymotion etc.

I downloaded DamnVid Portable, but it seems abandoned because I can't update the modules and it doesn't work. It's a pity, because I could add URLs to the downloading list directly from the clipboard, and it was minimal in graphics. Do you know how to fix DamnVid?

I wanted to ask why when I want to install FireFox Portable in Hebrew it does not give me why ??

What a fantastic piece of software! I was able to clean my portable hard drive and now it purrs like a cat... It is just great to be able to set up everything in my USB and have everything I need...

I have multiple apps that are portable but aren't downloaded from PortableApps. The problem comes when I get a new version prompt, I don't know if I should update it with the app updater or wait for PortableApps to create an update themselves. It would be easier if there was a way to know if a software was downloaded using the platform or not (I used to use the "Portable" word in the name of the folder, but I think there are some which don't have the word in it and were still downloaded using PortableApps). Does anyone know how to work around this?

My computer has been used for about two years. Every time I plug in the power plug, I need to short the three pins of the power plug and then plug it into the socket. At this time, I will hear a "pop" sound, accompanied by electric sparks. Appears, and the computer starts normally.
If you do not perform the above operations, the machine must freeze when booting.
