Theming of PA.c Pre-Release 4.2

Submitted by Ymerejlaif on November 12, 2011 - 10:15pm

I finally decided to upgrade from the original 1.3 version of PA.c and when I went to make all my current custom themes in the format of the newest release, I became quite confused. I'm not sure exactly how to put a custom theme into the platform and have the platform options see it and be able to use it. I tried to create a new folder with the name of the theme in the "PortableApps.com\App\Graphics\Theme" folder and then create the .ini file for that theme and its custom background (also placed in the new folder), however this didn't seem to make it selectable from the PA.c settings.

zaz portable problem

Submitted by ultimateseeker on November 12, 2011 - 3:36pm

Hello everybody,
I don't know where to post this so I decided to post it here.
I have a problem with zaz portable. last time I played the game was last night. I've reached the professional level - "messy bedroom". But suddenly after closing and reopening the game, everything in the professional level got blocked again except for the first game. This is really frustrating. Is there a fix to this?

Release Team (Third time's the charm!)

PortableApps.com is pleased to be resurrecting the Release Team once again, with the stated intention of clearing up the backlog of applications waiting for release. Without further ado, here's some answers to questions you may have:

What is the release team?

The release team is what takes apps from development test to official release. The release team tests and provides feedback on programs in the Beta Testing forum. The release team is listed on the “Our Team” page, as well as have a release team badge set on their account to indicate their status.

Portable video editing software?

Submitted by bosun1201 on November 3, 2011 - 8:38pm

Hi,

I like how GIMP portable is a reasonable substitute for Photoshop, but I was wondering if you knew of any portable software for video editing. Something like Final Cut, but doesn't have to be so feature-dense. Only thing I've found similar is Avideux (http://avidemux-portable.en.softonic.com/), but I've never used it before.

Also, I was wondering if there was a similar suite of portable apps like this, but for the Mac OSX platform?

Thanks.
