Hello for few reasons I would like to use portableapps without showing startup picture.
Please somebody tell me how to do that.

I was thinking, would it be a good idea if people who are trusted could upload tested apps to PA.com? Things that would have been approved by John, of course.

I have been using the little portability called CAFE (http://clef.usb.googlepages.com/cafe) for awhile. It uses relative paths and allows file extensions to automatically open programs.

I was thinking it would be great if this type of functionality was built in to future versions of the portable apps menu.

Just before my 3 month old PQI flash drive died, I did a full backup using the Portable Apps main menu backup utility.

When I get my replacement flash drive, do I install Portable Apps then go to the backup menu and restore, or do I unzip my backup file and simply copy it to the new flash drive?

So I searched for it, but other than it not being done yet, I didn't see a messae bout when it may come out. But my question is what email adddress will it be so I can put it in my address book so it won't get tagged as spam randomly.

Hi.. I use klipfolio for RSS feed. Sadly the Portable App icon looks *bad*. Looks like the typical transparent gif jagged edge problem.

I mean the RSS feeds still work, but eye candy is important these days.
