Request Apps

Hello all! I just began using u3 on my cruzer 16gb and its really exiciting!! I've been using roboform2go to save all my passwords and its really nice not having to type in 12 different passwords every time I go to work. But I can think of a few ways this program and other password managers like it could be improved. I've searched around to see if any of these programs have any sort of automation features built in and haven't had any luck. Imagine if within your portable password manager you could:

Setup a Home, Work, School, etc. PROFILE

Example: Work Profile

Click WORK button

Maybe it's good idea to make WinDjView portable? As for me, this app NEED to be portable.

It's a better program than Notepad++ in my opinion - in fact it's near perfect (according to wikipedias comparison list anyway)

Is there a Basic Compiler Portable App for developing a simple Windows program?

Also... is there one for developing an Apple/Mac and/or Linux application?

RealBasic will allow you to compile to either Windows, Mac, or Linux but it is expensive and is not a portable APP.

Open Office is a great suite, but it doesn't have that many programs, and it doesn't have image viewers, etc. Others like KOffice have Suites that combine many more apps.

I did not think at first that this would make a great portable app until my friends took an interest in it (who hate this sort of stuff) so i would now like to request a portable version

How about a password protection on the PortableApps.com Menu if the computer's idle for a period of time or when the screensaver activates? Especially if you walk away from your computer and don't want anyone to access it. Also how about themes or at least change the color of the menu?
