you have Dia Portable but ArgoUML and StarUML are better

Few days ago GIMP developers published binaries for a new development version 2.9.6, which is a huge step forward.

Is there a chance of getting GIMP development version, along with a stable one, as a Portable App?

I use the two text-so-speech apps, Balabolka and Dspeech. However, these two apps can only load the voices from the Windows' system. Is it possible have the voices inside the PortableApps.com folder? That will make these apps truly portable.

I'n in desperate need of this specific update of Java Portable (JRE 8 Update 11 x86). Could somebody be so kind to provide it to me? I've already searched the sourceforge download page to no avail.
I'd also be interested in knowing how to make JRE portable on my own, as I'm experimenting with various updates.

Hello, I am trying for some time now to install java ME platform on my NetbeansPortable, but I have no administraor rights, and I can not.
can someone help me, and make java me sdk portable, or even just upload the Java ME platform folder to google drive or somthing else?

Of all the applications available, I must say that I miss one that I use to create videos: VSDC Free Video Editor. This application makes it relatively easy to make quality video montages.

I'm new here, and recently got PortableApps on my flash drive. I really like it so far, and one of the apps I got is Google Chrome portable. I really like that I can bring my Chrome profile on any computer that I don't own so I don't have to login to my Google Account, and then log back out once I'm finished, or if the computer doesn't even have Chrome. Thing is, though, I don't want my information open to anyone who may have my USB drive in case it gets lost or stolen.
