Request Apps

Hello,
I am looking to find a portable app that will let me access my ipods music and *hopefully* let me also take the music off my ipod as well. I had a program which I just put straight onto my ipod (i believe it was called idump) but that program stopped working for me as a portable solution. Does anyone have any other ideas?

XSane is a graphical scanning frontend. It uses the SANE-library to talk to scanners. XSane is designed for acquiring images with scanners (there are other devices like cameras and videodevices supported by SANE, but XSane is not designed for that purpose). You can scan to file, do a photocopy, create a fax, create and send a mail and start XSane from the GIMP as gimp plug in.

Hi, I'm just discovering this great phenom portable apps. I must say this has almost everything i need to be truely mobile. The main thing that portable apps is missing for me is blackberry's desktop manager. I'm not sure if it is possible and I haven't done much research on this, but I would really be happy if it is possible.

Ok so I know not many people need this app but I think it would be great to have a program that when you click on it hibernates your computer. I know you can just do the shortcut thing but this is intended for people whos admin has blocked the hibernation feature.

I was thinking about font management software.

I'd like to see a FontHit clone, FontHit was great font management software, it was free, however there's two major issues for PA, firstly it's not open source, and secondly it's abandonware (the site is no more).
